Inspired by Theory Design’s designs in Quail West and other prestigious communities in Southwest Florida, the tone of this residence will be set by a dark gray flat tile roof, white facade with light gray stone cladding, black framed windows and black garage doors.
Two black iron entry doors will reveal a grand foyer defined by a striking coffered ceiling detail. This space will be flanked by a powder bath and VIP guest suites to one side and a utility room equipped with a fridge/built-in, alcove and vestibule – including a drop station built-in with white shaker-style drawers and sconces for art – on the other hand.
